Returns & Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Here is how it works.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (for example, an email or a message through eBay):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Returning the goods

Please return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return address. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us first — we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

eBay Money Back Guarantee

All purchases through our eBay store are additionally covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, giving you extra protection on every order.
