Our warranty promise
We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials, construction and workmanship for the warranty period stated on the product listing (typically 12–24 months). All charging cables are tested before dispatch to confirm they are fully functional.
EU legal guarantee
Consumers in the EU additionally benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. Our commercial warranty does not limit these statutory rights in any way.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in cables, connectors and housings
- Products that stop functioning under normal, correct use
- Items that arrive damaged or not as described
What is not covered
- Intentional or accidental damage to the cable or connectors
- Water damage caused by liquids entering open connectors
- Damage from use contrary to the product's instructions or safety guidance
- Normal wear and tear
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us at ron@rwfuture.com with your order number and a description of the fault (photos or a short video help a lot).
- We will first try to resolve the issue remotely with troubleshooting steps.
- If the fault is confirmed, we will provide return instructions and repair or replace the item, or issue a refund.
